Terms and conditions of service

Definitions:

“PROVIDER” (“WE”, “US”, “OUR”) is defined as the provider of service to the client.
“CLIENT” is defined as the receiver of service from Straight Ahead Studios.
“SERVICE” is defined as the work performed by the provider on Client’s projects.
“FINAL APPROVED CONTENT” is defined as the version of the content which has been agreed between the provider and the client that meets the criteria to be used in Client’s Project.
“SERVICE PERIOD” is defined as the interval of time from receipt of Client’s payment by Provider until and including the 31st day thereafter.

By requesting Service from the Provider you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service:

1. The Provider is required to perform the work requested by the Client within 48 hours of receipt of final approved content, if the client is within their Service Period.

2. Sending in a Service order, inquiry, quote request or information request does not oblige the provider in any way if the Client is not within their Service Period.

3. The Client shall not require the provider to use or purchase goods or services, other than those deemed appropriate by the Provider, including, but not limited to software, hardware, human resources, artwork, stock photography, etc.

4. The result of the Provider’s Service will be the property of the Client.

5. The provider shall not be held responsible for changes to Service or result of Service performed by persons other than those expressly and explicitly appointed or approved by the Provider.
