1. Do I have to sign a contract for a
certain period of time?
No, our agreements work on a month to month basis. You can opt
to pay every moth or establish recurring payment, which can be
discontinued at any time.

2. Will there be any extra charges aside
from the monthly fee?
No, unless your work orders require more hours than what your
plan has, or unless you require additional goods or services to
be purchased for a specific project, such as software, hardware,
artwork, stock photography, etc.

3. How long will it take for my order
to be completed?
No site maintenance work order takes us more than 48 hours to
complete, if placed within one of our standard
plans.

5. How do I send in work orders?
Please follow the instructions on this
page.

6. What is the format in which the work
orders have to be in?
Any standard format (hard copy, electronic format, fax), as long
as they are readable. However, we recommend that you send your
text orders in electronic format (e-mail, CD-ROM, diskette, etc),
so your monthly maintenance hours are not wasted by us copying
the content by hand. Images however, can be sent in hard copy
format, since scanning them should not take too long.

7. Is there any ‘fine print’
I need to read before starting using your services?
We recommend that you read out Terms
of Service.

8. When is my account considered active?
Your account will be considered active at receipt of payment.
If you choose to use our instant payment method, you may start
sending in work orders immediately. If you choose to pay by check
or money order, your account will be active the day your payment
is approved.

9. Do unused hours roll over for the
following month?
Unused hours expire on the 31st day from beginning of service
cycle.
