1.	Q: How long does the web implementation process take?
	A: According to the complexity of the specific website and the amount of information in it, the web implementation process takes from two weeks to two months, assuming that all the content is provided in a timely manner by the client.

2.	Q: What do your web design packages include?
	A: All web design offers include: design of the web pages; logo design; search engine optimization; all necessary programming and scripting; image optimization for the web; content implementation.
	Also, clients can request additional services and products implemented on their site, including, but not limited to:
	web hosting; domain names; photography services for images needed on the site; animated Flash introductions; e-commerce shopping carts; online payments systems; online package tracking systems; message boards and chat rooms; banner ads; audio/video capabilities; webcam systems; survey and polling systems; other products and services.

	A: Though we cannot offer the lowest rates on the market, we guarantee that the price will be directly proportional with the service, and you won't be charged more than it is necessary to build the quality, modern Internet presence that your company deserves.

5.	Q: What is the process of getting a website?
	A: The web implementation process:
	Step 1: Understanding exactly what the client's needs are. You will be presented with an assessment form, from which the designer will gather all necesary information, such as the demographics your site is aimed at, the look and feel requirements of your website, the keywords that need emphasizing for better ranking in search engines, the services and products needed for your website, and the special needs of your Internet presence. A consultant will be at your service, to provide technical and practical advice.

	Step 2: Estimating the total and recurring costs of your web presence (if any). After the assessment process has been completed, you will be presented with a formal quote. A contract is signed and payment for 25% of the estimated total cost will be made.

	Step 3: Gathering the actual content of the website. We will work with you to gather the content (text, images, audio and video files, etc) needed for your site.

	Step 4: Building. The designer starts the work on a general layout on which your whole website will be based, to ensure consistency of its look and feel. Then the content you have previously provided us with will be gradually implemented in the different sections.

	Step 5: Review and control. The final version of the website is presented to the client for review and control.

	Step 6: 3, 2, 1, Ignition! Your website is launched on the web.

	Step 7 (optional but highly recommended): Search engine submission. We will work with you to submit your new website to search engines and Internet directories, to ensure the best exposure possible.
